It is meant to provide a home for persons who are at the age of 60 or above and desire the service of caring people until the peaceful close of their lives. Admission is open to single woman and couples. In the case of couples, one of them must be 60 or above. This age restriction is relaxable in deserving cases by the management.
If you like the place you may fill an application in the prescribed form, which is available in the office or can be downloaded from the website.
- The applicants should not be suffering from any major psychological/mental imbalances/problems or any contagious diseases.
- All retired persons, single or couple whose children are away either abroad or within the country.
- Persons in need of palliative care.
All applicants will be screened by the management.
Procedure For Booking
If you like the place you may fill an application in the prescribed form, which is available in the office. At least half of the security deposit has to be made at the time of booking the room. The other half could be paid at the time of arrival. The residents can stay in the home as long as they wish or their entire life. If the residents leave the home within 5 years an amount after deduction is refunded to the applicant or to their nominee and there will not be any refund after you have completed 5 years of stay. No interest will be paid on the security deposit. Monthly payment for the maintenance will be paid on or before 10thof every month as per the agreement. An Introduction letter from the parish or from the local authority is required for the admission.
Guarantors
Two guarantors shall execute a legal agreement accepting the responsibility on behalf of the applicant/s for proper conduct of the residents within the rules enforced by the management of the Home and also for the timely payments of all dues to the Home. They will also decide the type of medical care required by the residents in emergency.
